From material to finished product, in our plant in Gjilan.
The line shown here has five stages: material, forming, pressing, curing and palletising. The plant is in Gjilan, and that is where production happens.
The process for the elements made on this line.
The material is batched and mixed before it goes into the mould. This is the first stage on the line.
The steel mould sets the dimensions and structure of the element.
The press compacts the concrete in the mould under pressure. Form, edges and surface take shape at this stage.
Elements go into multi-tier racks to cure and stabilise.
Products leave the line on the roller conveyor and are palletised.
After curing, elements are lifted by forklift, palletised and stored until dispatch.
