This policy explains what personal data globi-mi.com processes, why, and what choices you have. The site has no account, no form and no shop: you can read all of it without telling us who you are.
The site is operated by Globi MI (GLOBI M.I. SH.P.K.), a manufacturer of concrete elements in Gjilan, Kosovo. Contact details are at the end of this policy.
Like every website, the servers receive technical data with each request: your IP address, the page requested, the time, your browser and device type, and the page you came from.
The site is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA), which processes this data to deliver the pages, protect the service and keep server logs. Vercel may process the data outside Kosovo, including in the United States.
We use this data only to run the site and keep it secure, not to identify you.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and visits, and Vercel Speed Insights to measure how quickly pages load. Neither sets cookies or stores anything on your device. Visits are told apart by a temporary identifier derived from the request, not by a cookie.
The results are aggregated: we see numbers such as page views, referring sites, countries and device types — not individual visitors.
On the 3D models page we also count which options are chosen in the configurator (variant, laying pattern, colour), with no link to you.
The site sets no advertising, tracking or statistics cookies.
It uses one functional cookie, globi-locale: it remembers the language you choose in the language switcher, or the language the homepage chose for you on your first visit, so the site does not switch it again. It holds only the language code (sq, de or en) and lasts one year.
When you close the privacy notice, your browser stores that on your device (localStorage) so the notice does not appear again. This is not sent to us.
You can delete both at any time in your browser settings; the site then uses its defaults.
On a first visit to the homepage with no saved language, the site picks the language by the country the request comes from, as reported by our hosting provider: Albanian for Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia, German for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, English for every other country. Only the country is used, and it is not stored. When German or English is chosen, only the language is saved, in the globi-locale cookie. You can change the language at any time.
This site has no contact form. When you call us, email us or write to us on social media, we receive what you send — usually your name, phone number or email address and details of your project — and use it only to answer you and, if you order, to supply you.
Our email is provided by Microsoft's Outlook.com service.
We keep messages for as long as your request and any order need, and as long as the law requires. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
The site links to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Maps and other services. They are ordinary links: nothing from these services loads on this site until you click. Once you follow a link, that service's own privacy policy applies.
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Write to us using the contact details below.
If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully, you can also complain to Kosovo's Information and Privacy Agency (Agjencia për Informim dhe Privatësi). Depending on where you live, you can also contact your local data protection authority.
We update this policy when the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
